Very very nice staff and comfy rooms, we had a such wonderful experience. The location was favourable and stunning, 5 minutes' walk to the center. Ate at Restaurante xiaoman, it's within easy walking distance of the venue.

The hotel was located close to trains and buses, Easy to get trains, and the opera. The room was freshly renovated and perfectly clean with smoke detectors for safety measures. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets was a plus. The staff were both affable and pleasant. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a huge plaza was unbeatable and favorable.

The rooms at Hostal Arenal Madrid are cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. I felt right at home! The double room has a lovely terrace with stunning city views. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring. I loved having a private bathroom equipped with a refreshing shower and complimentary toiletries. It added a touch of luxury to my stay. The balcony in the double room was a delightful surprise, offering a great spot to enjoy the fresh air and take in the surroundings. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room, which allowed me to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the comfort of my own space. It was convenient to have bed linen and towels provided in every room. It saved me the hassle of bringing my own.
Personally, I would have preferred if the rooms had more natural light. But that's just my personal taste.

The value for money was incredible, with a clean and comfortable room that had great AC and a private bathroom. The location couldn't have been better, with everything within a short walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier.
The morning meal could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety or options for guests.

The view from the room was nice and the location was great, with easy access to attractions. The staff was pleasant and the room had everything I needed, including a lovely balcony.
The hotel had poor sound isolation. I could hear noise from the street and other guests throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.
